User Guide for Trainers

1. Logging in to Your Trainer Account

  • Open LingoTech website.
  • Go to the login page.
  • Enter your account details (email and password).
  • Click the Login button.

2. Accessing the Dashboard

  • After logging in, you will arrive at the dashboard.
  • Here, you can view the list of courses, students, and settings.

3. Creating a New Course

  • From the sidebar menu, click on Add New Course or New Course.
  • Enter the course title, description, and objectives.
  • Click on Save.
  • After completing adding the content and confirming the course settings, click the Publish button.
  • You can choose whether the course is available to everyone or restricted to a specific group.

4. Adding Content to the Course

  • Select the course you want to add content to.
  • Click on Add Module.
  • Choose the content type (text, video, quiz,virtual classrooms, etc.).
  • Enter the required information and save.

5. Managing Students and Tracking Progress

  • From the dashboard, select the Students tab to view the list of students registered in the course.
  • You can track their progress, evaluate their performance
